Personal data of our website and mobile application users are duly processed and strictly protected under Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the "Law"). Protection of personal data, which is regulated as a constitutional right, is important for fundamental rights and freedoms.
With the full awareness of this responsibility and acting as a data controller, we take into account the legal obligations in the primary priority when processing personal data in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation. Accordingly, Pure Energy collects and processes your personal data for the purpose to services under the contract, to improve the quality of these services and to fulfil our legal obligations and to exercise our rights arising from the legislation in force, especially the Energy Market legislation.
Data Retention and Security
Personal data will be stored as long as the data processing purpose is valid. These limits will be respected if the data is required to be kept for reporting purposes, subject to legal deadlines and to public authorities regarding legal authorities. Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us when the reasons for processing disappears.
